The work, start to finish
Owner-operated, hands-on, and used to working on live equipment in the field. If it has a PLC, a drive or a controller in it, we can build it, program it, fix it and monitor it.
Panel builds and upgrades
Control panels built, wired and documented in our shop; retrofits of tired panels in the field.
PLC and HMI programming
Rockwell (MicroLogix, CompactLogix, PanelView), Unitronics, Schneider Modicon, Emerson PAC, SCADAPack RTUs. New programs, fixes, and the documentation the last guy didn't leave.
VRU and compressor controls
Skid controllers, VFD and soft-starter setups, bypass and inlet valve control, coolers and instrumentation on vapor recovery units and gas boosters.
Generator plants and power controls
Generator sets and power plants, automatic transfer switches (ATS), switchgear and paralleling, Deep Sea and other genset controllers, remote start and dispatch through SCADA.

Shop chemicals
Brake cleaners, degreasers, carb cleaner, penetrants, contact cleaner, RTV, corrosion protection. SQ, WD-40, CRC, Akfix and CorrosionX lines, by the can or by the case.
Tube fittings
316 stainless compression fittings in 1/4", 3/8" and 1/2": connectors, unions, elbows, tees, caps and plugs for instrument and VRU tubing.
Valves and repair parts
Explosion-proof solenoid valves, actuated bypass valves, oil coolers and hose kits, plus the odd part we can chase down for you.
Thomas Evolution LLC
Thomas Evolution is an independent controls and SCADA field service company based in Texas, founded and run by Zachary Scott, a controls technician who has spent 5 years on compressor skids, generator sets and oilfield automation. We do the whole job ourselves: the panel, the program, the network, the startup and the support afterwards.
Axiom Link, our monitoring platform, came out of that work: operators kept asking for a simple way to see their units from the truck. So we built one.
